Narrative

ESM (ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE MAINTENANCE) TRAINING

To be eligible to apply for Dirt, Gravel, and Low-Volume Road funding, public road owning entities must attend a 2-day Environmentally Sensitive Maintenance (ESM) training at least every 5 years. 

An ESM training will be held in Huntingdon County at the Lake Raystown Resort (3101 Chipmunk Crossing, Entriken, PA) on a future date to be announced.
